Unlike many online websites that allow users to submit UPC codes, we actually have a system in place to make the database available to our users. Every 14-20 days we make the database available to the top ten percent submitters. Since the stats are reset with each cycle, everyone has the ability to make the top 10%. And the more contributors that exist, the most people will be in the top 10%.
